A Business & Change Analyst for over 20 years, Grant has spent the last 4 years as an independent consultant with Zero Waste Scotland, Circularity Scotland and RetuRO SGR (Romania) on their DRS Programmes.

Analysing and understanding the customer, process, organisational and IT challenges that a Deposit Return Scheme presents to businesses and stakeholders has been Grants day to day working life since 2019

​

Some of the things Grant has been tasked with on DRS programmes, include

​

• Leading analysis teams, setting the analysis approach and maintaining standards

• Business process design and business architecture activities 

• Tender and RFP requirement analysis

• Supplier evaluation and selection

• Managing and working with 3rd party IT suppliers

• Specifying business requirements and acting as proxy Product Owner

• Testing 3rd party IT solutions and quality assurance

Grant believes that successful projects are almost always as a result of successful and effective teams.

He therefore prides himself on being a good team member and bringing clear and simple communication to projects, along with a little fun wherever possible.
